Excellent service
This was a great, reliable service. We arranged transportation to and from the airport to our resort. The driver was on time and made the transfer process easy. Fantastic Experience

Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough about this company! We booked a ride from Punta Cana Airport to our resort. Communication was clear and easy. I texted from the plane when I realized we were going to arrive much earlier than I had planned - they accommodated me easily and with very clear instructions on when/where to meet. I contacted them again via WhatsApp to schedule a return trip several days later - again clear and prompt response. The vans were clean and modern and the drivers polite and drove safely. Amazing price and service
Absolutely amazing find! $29 transfer for my family of 4 from PUJ (Punta Cana Airport) to the Royalton Bavaro Resort in....Bavaro. I found Aubain by searching online and they had the best rate and great reviews. Booking was quick and easy. Christopher runs the operation and is incredibly responsive by Whatsapp. Even before the first ride (which we took yesterday, March 30, 2024), I researched our next two transportation needs while in the Domican Republic and approached Christopher first since the first ride was a great deal and because of his prompt responsiveness. He got us in with a great deal and worked with me on the next two rides. He knows how to run a good business, for sure, and absolutely deserves your business. Upon arrival and after baggage claim and immigration, make your way through the sales pitches and go directly outside. Christopher and Carlos (our friendly driver) were there with a sign with my name on it. Immediately after they saw us, Carlos went to grab the van. There was some traffic congestion because it was very busy on a Saturday afternoon so there was a little wait for Carlos to arrive but we didn't mind. It is what it is and absolutely everyone there was affected by the traffic. The trip itself takes 30 minutes so at this price, it's an incredible deal. Both Christopher and our driver Carlos spoke perfect English and Carlos was very friendly and answered a bunch of our questions about the Dominican Republic on the way. We look forward to our next two rides with Christopher and Carlos; one will be from Royalton Bavaro to the La Romana Cruise Terminal and a return from La Romana Cruise Terminal to PUJ (Punta Cana Airport). Choose this company for your transfers!!!
Friendly, fast, professional, great communication!!! Constant communication en route to punta cana, got off the plane, they text us where to go, and we never stopped walking or had to slow down because they were ready and waiting for us. Overall excellent experience.
Driver was waiting for us at the airport with a sign with our name on it, making it very easy to find him. We had no wait time being transported from the airport to our hotel. Driver was friendly and engaging. After a seamless and pleasant experience, we also hired the company to provide a round trip transfer to visit friends who were staying at another hotel and to book a full day excursion that included horseback riding, dune buggies, zip lining and cenote cave swimming. One thing that I will caution, which is no reflection of the company itself, when booking through Viator, note that the quoted price may not be accurate. We booked a round trip transfer however, Viator only quoted us for a one-way fair. Apparently, because our hotel was located in a different area than what was listed (and was further away) the quoted price was not accurate. Viator gives the companies the option to cancel your return trip when this occurs. Imagine thinking you have a reservation for a round trip service to then have it cancelled because Viator screwed up. However, thankfully the company did not cancel and sent a representative, in advance of our return trip, to explain the Viator mixup and ask if we wanted to purchase the return trip.
